The other day I was reading an interesting article – 12 Companies with great Customer Experience. The article substantiated the claim with some use cases as a criterion, Wherein, these companies have gone above and beyond in improving, enhancing, and enriching customer experience.
This is one side of the coin, on the other side there are those who are smart enough to sweet-talk their way into acquiring a customer and do not honor the commitment to deliver and make themselves unaccountable and irresponsible.
The single the most overwhelming and dominant factor that distinguishes and differentiates between a great one and others is – Empathy towards the customer’s business’. Perhaps, this quote by Shep Hyken sums it up succinctly.
