Our Service Offerings

Our service offerings extend beyond mere software solutions for utilities. Specializing in application implementations, upgrades, maintenance, and managed services, we ensure optimal performance in customer interactions, meter data management, and precise billing processes. We provide continuous monitoring and timely troubleshooting to elevate your operational excellence, freeing you to focus on core competencies and strategic growth. With a comprehensive approach that integrates the best features of C2M, CCS, and CC&B, we are your partners in achieving streamlined, uninterrupted operations and high customer satisfaction.

In the post-go-live phase of C2M/CCS/CC&B implementations, managing backlogs is crucial. CriticalRiver’s ‘Backlog/To-do Management’ SWAT Teams specialize in tackling this issue. These teams not only track but also organize, prioritize, and resolve ‘To-Do’s’ swiftly to prevent them from becoming larger issues. With proven methodologies and experienced practitioners, they ensure tasks are completed within specific timeframes, thereby averting system escalations. This unique service helps projects stick to stabilization timelines and facilitates knowledge transfer to Utility staff. It also discerns between system defects and regular ‘To-Do’s,’ ensuring tasks are tackled with accuracy and intent, leading to efficient Utility operations.

This innovative solution provides businesses with pre-defined report templates or carefully curated bundles, tailored to capture key metrics and insights. Designed for swift integration into various systems, these packages eliminate the time-consuming and often intricate process of constructing reports from the ground up. By streamlining this crucial function, businesses can swiftly access and analyze the information they need, ensuring timely decision-making. This offering not only enhances operational agility but also ensures consistent, standardized reporting across the board.

In the fast-paced digital world, Testing-as-a-Service (TaaS) emerges as a pivotal tool in the utilities sector, complemented excellently by Multi-platform Testing Automation. Operating on cloud-based platforms, TaaS offers end-to-end testing processes as a seamless, outsourced service, freeing companies from the need for hefty infrastructure investments. With Multi-platform Testing Automation integrated into TaaS, businesses can effortlessly conduct rigorous tests across diverse operating systems, browsers, and mobile devices. The dual advantage ensures not only cost-effective quality assurance but also exceptional software reliability and user experience, irrespective of the platform being used.

The fusion of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-driven chatbots offers a potent mix for high-volume, time-sensitive transactions like service turn-on/turn-off. RPA handles repetitive tasks swiftly and accurately, optimizing operational efficiency. On the other hand, AI-enabled chatbots provide 24/7 customer engagement, personalization, and intuitive assistance, elevating user experience. This combination frees up human resources for more complex tasks, ensures compliance, and allows adaptive learning for continual improvement. It’s a scalable solution that harmonizes speed, accuracy, and customer-centricity.

In an age where data is the new gold, ‘Data Conversion’ plays the pivotal role of a skilled artisan. This process meticulously translates data from one format or structure to another, ensuring its integrity and consistency. Whether it’s about ushering in new systems or merging diverse databases, data conversion ensures a seamless transition, preserving the essence and accuracy of original data. By ensuring data remains both consistent and readily accessible, businesses can make informed decisions, build strategies, and offer value, all rooted in trustworthy data foundations.

Utilities Integrations facilitate the seamless connection of diverse systems within utility companies, such as billing, asset management, and customer service. Leveraging platforms like Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce enhances these integrations. Oracle provides real-time analytics and cloud solutions, SAP offers comprehensive ERP capabilities, and Salesforce excels in customer relationship management. These integrations improve operational efficiency, automate processes, and elevate customer satisfaction, creating a modernized and holistic ecosystem for utility operations.
