Raghuprasad started performing in the Yakshagana vesha about six months ago. Yakshagana is a popular folk theatre form of Karnataka, India. It is noted for its music, colourful costumes, vigorous dance movements, subtle expressions and extempore dialogues.

“Yakshagana is truly unique. My journey as an artist has helped me approach team leadership in a more creative and empathetic way. It has enhanced my ability to recognize individual strengths, communicate more effectively, and address challenges constructively, fostering innovation and collaboration within my teams,” he says.
