Our teams take a service from first workshop to daily operation. We design the citizen journey, build the department workspace behind it, connect the payment and records systems it depends on, and keep the platform running after launch. As an AI-first firm, we apply AI and automation where they remove effort, so services reach citizens sooner and adapt as needs change.
Six areas of work, delivered by our studios as one joined-up team, with AI and automation built in where they help.
Services that citizens complete on their own, on any device.
One place for department teams to review, verify and decide.
Fees collected securely and systems that share data without re-keying.
Records that are searchable, protected and ready for use.
AI and automation take on routine checks so people can focus on decisions.
Platforms that stay available, protected and accountable after launch.
A public platform has to work on launch day and keep working. Our delivery follows that order.
We study the current process, the rules behind it and the people who use it, on both sides of the counter.
Citizens and department teams test journeys before we build them, so fixes cost days, not months.
Working software reaches the department early and often, starting with the highest-value steps.
We roll out in phases, train staff in their own offices and stay close through the first weeks.
We operate the platform, watch how it is used and use AI-driven insights to bring forward improvements the data supports.
The Registration and Stamps Department runs one of the state’s most used citizen services. We worked on the digital
platform that lets citizens register property online and gives department professionals a consistent way to process it.
For people buying, selling and registering property
Enter details once and submit documents without a first visit to the office.
Secure online payment with a clear breakdown of what is due.
Book the visit to the sub-registrar’s office and arrive prepared.
See the status at each stage and retrieve registered documents digitally.
For registration professionals and department leadership
Submissions arrive complete, in one place, ready for scrutiny.
Every office applies the same steps, which keeps outcomes consistent.
Records are updated in the same flow, with less manual re-entry.
Reports and audit trails support supervision and accountability.
Many public services share one pattern: a citizen request, a department decision and
a record that has to stand up later. These are the service types our capabilities fit best.
Trade licenses, building permissions and renewals move from paper trails to a tracked, time-bound workflow.
Complaints reach the right desk the first time and citizens can see what happened next.
Records scattered across offices become one reliable source that other services can draw
on.
The same studios that design a service build it and run it. One team owns the outcome, with no handoffs. As an AI-first firm, we bring speed and agility to every stage.
We design the citizen journey and the department workspace together, so a simpler front end never creates harder work behind it.
Our work on Andhra Pradesh property registration shows how we handle public scale, public scrutiny and public money.
Yes. Most departments have legacy applications that cannot be switched off. We assess them in discovery, then connect through APIs or data exchange so the new service reuses them. Where a system has to be replaced, we plan the cutover so services stay available.
We work in the structure the department prefers. That includes responding to a tender as the lead partner, joining a consortium, or delivering a defined scope under a system integrator. We adapt to the commercial and legal terms the procurement sets.
Wherever department policy requires. That is typically a State Data Center or a public sector approved cloud region within the country. We do not move data outside the boundary the department sets.
We build to the standards named in the tender and the department’s own policy. These commonly include CERT-In guidance, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and a third-party security audit before go-live. We share audit findings and fixes with the department.
The department owns its data at all times. Ownership and licensing of code and configuration are set in the contract. Most public engagements transfer the platform to the department, with documentation and a handover that lets another team take over if needed.
We design for low bandwidth and basic phones first, and follow each government’s web standards and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Where citizens still need help, service centers and counter staff assist them through the same platform.
We involve them early. Department teams join design sessions, test builds before release and receive role-specific training and quick reference material in their own language. We also nominate local champions in each office, so help is nearby during the first weeks.
We set them with the department before go-live. Typical measures include availability, response and resolution times by severity, and transaction success rates. Reports are shared on a fixed schedule, and the contract defines what happens when a target is missed.
Yes, and for many departments it is the better route. We agree on one service or one region, define what success looks like, run the pilot, and decide on scale-up with real usage data in hand.
AI and automation take on routine work and do not make the final call. They can read documents, flag mismatches and draft responses, while a department professional approves anything that affects a citizen’s rights or money. Every AI-assisted step is logged so it can be reviewed later.
Share the service, the department and the constraint that matters most. Our public sector team will respond with a practical view of how we would approach it, including where AI and automation can help.
