He helps clients navigate complex transformation journeys, bringing together the right mix of solutions, speed, and scalability—particularly in areas like Generative AI, digital platforms, and data-led innovation.

Tarun's approach goes beyond sales—he engages deeply with client leadership to identify opportunities, structure tailored engagements, and accelerate time to value. Before CriticalRiver, Tarun spent over a decade at Altimetrik as Senior Client Partner, where he led large enterprise accounts, managed high-value deals, and drove consistent growth. His early experience at Wipro Technologies, Capgemini, and Perfetti Van Melle shaped his strong foundation in both technology and business consulting.

Tarun holds an MBA in Marketing Management from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM), Pune. Today, he plays a key role in helping CriticalRiver’s clients grow with confidence— through strategy, partnership, and a relentless focus on business outcomes.
