We all are now in the evening of the year 2020, a year that will go down as a troubled, gloomiest year in the history of mankind. The world has seen many man-made and natural calamities, perhaps not as disastrous when millions lost their lives. Now that vaccine is available, we all are hoping normalcy returns and sanity prevails.

At CriticalRiver this year also marked half-a-decade our existence. A self-funded, small start-up six years ago, we have grown by leaps and bounds since then. The sustained and continuous growth has been possible due to a strong foundation, values-based culture, customer-centric approach, and efforts of our devoted, dedicated employees.

During the past six years we incubated & established, set up a delivery mechanism and methodology of global standards, demonstrated and proved our worth with resolve, hired, trained, and nurtured a strong team of passionate, culture-centric workforce committed towards our customers’ business with empathy, built a brand identity, and grew.

CriticalRiver has always believed, stood for, and imbibed its values – Customer-Centric Approach, Responsibility, Honesty, Respect – We call them CRHR. The consistent growth has been achieved with:

  • Faster response and service without compromising on quality
  • Passionate workforce delivering quality with a customer-centric approach
  • Dedicated strong account management system to address concerns on time
  • Flexibility to provide solutions within budget and timeline

Despite the turbulent times, we have demonstrated the commitment, resolve, and resilience, and perhaps this is the reason why our loyal customer stood by us and we added more new customers to our basket of growing customer base.

As the new year – 2021 is at our doorstep, we are excited and upbeat with new vigor to implement our Digital-First Strategy to help our customer with the digitalization of their business, automate processes, increase operational efficiency fueling productivity and growth.

As the adage goes “Every Crisis Brings An Opportunity”, we saw a silver lining in the cloud, and turned the crisis into an opportunity and hope to continue this journey of delivering technology solutions and delight our customers.

I wish you a Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year to all of you and your family.
