CriticalRiver’s Oracle C2M Agility Suite

CriticalRiver’s Oracle C2M Agility Suite is a comprehensive set of end-user tools and system optimizers designed to boost efficiency, enhance performance, and deliver measurable business results without customizing the core application. It’s the kind of forward-thinking solution the industry needs. .

This Oracle C2M Agility Suite marks a milestone in elevating the Oracle C2M end-user experience. The suite includes twelve specialized tools curated for three user domains: developers, business users, and system resources to help increase productivity, drive efficiency, and enhance satisfaction at every level.

  • SQL executor

Addresses the challenge of lacking readily available identifiers in the C2M application. The SQL Executor tool provides an in-app solution that allows users to execute simple select statements, dynamically create table result rows, and eliminate the need to open separate applications for database access, enhancing efficiency and the user experience.

  • Bill Analysis

The Bill Analysis tool addresses the complexity of utility bills generated by Oracle C2M. It introduces a user-friendly interface with a visual pie chart that breaks down the different components of a customer’s bill. This visualization enhances understanding by providing a clear representation of how charges are distributed across consumption, taxes, surcharges, and adjustments.

Users can configure custom partitions based on business rules or regional billing structures, ensuring flexibility and accuracy. The tool also supports dynamic filtering, real-time data refresh, and integration with customer service dashboards to assist agents during billing inquiries.

By simplifying analysis and improving transparency, it helps both utilities and customers resolve billing disputes faster and increases confidence in bill accuracy.

  • Rapid Reports

Rapid Reports minimizes the repetitive challenge of data extraction faced by customer service executives. It embeds an intelligent template configuration directly into the C2M application, allowing users to generate reports instantly from predefined templates.

With just a few clicks, teams can pull specific datasets such as payment history, account details, or billing exceptions, without relying on external tools or manual queries. This capability reduces turnaround time, ensures consistent data accuracy, and enhances productivity.

Reports can also be scheduled or exported in preferred formats for internal review or customer communication. Rapid Reports empowers teams to focus on insights and actions rather than data retrieval, improving response times and overall customer service efficiency.

  • Activity Map

The Activity Map tool visualizes field operations within C2M by integrating geospatial data from Google Maps. It offers a dynamic interface to track work orders, inspections, or maintenance activities in real time.

Supervisors can monitor ongoing and completed tasks, identify high-activity zones, and optimize workforce distribution based on location data. This map-based visualization reduces delays, supports better coordination, and strengthens decision-making through spatial insight

The Activity Map also includes layered filtering, time-based playback, and color-coded markers to improve clarity. By combining field data with location intelligence, utilities gain a powerful tool for enhancing operational visibility, improving service reliability, and ensuring timely field task completion.

  • Mass Adjustment Approval Portal

The Mass Adjustment Approval Plan simplifies the complex and time-consuming task of approving multiple billing adjustments in Oracle C2M. Instead of approving records individually, approvers can now review, validate, and authorize adjustments from a centralized portal.

This streamlines bulk approvals, accelerates workflows, and minimizes human error. The tool includes configurable approval hierarchies, audit tracking, and automated notifications to ensure accountability and compliance.

It also enables batch freezing once approvals are finalized, preventing accidental modifications. By digitizing the process end-to-end, it boosts productivity, reduces approval cycles from days to hours, and provides clear visibility into pending and completed tasks across teams.

  • Suspense Payment Transfer Portal

The Suspense Payment Transfer Portal enhances financial accuracy by addressing the challenges of managing unallocated payments within Oracle C2M. It provides a single, unified dashboard where finance teams can view, match, and transfer suspense payments efficiently.

The portal streamlines approval workflows, reduces dependency on manual spreadsheets, and ensures that all transactions are auditable. With role-based access and real-time updates, approvers can quickly review and confirm transfers while maintaining compliance with internal controls.

Built-in validation checks reduce reconciliation errors and enhance transparency between departments. This automation ensures timely posting of payments, improving overall financial integrity and customer satisfaction through accurate account management.

  • Customer Characteristics View

The Customer Characteristics View optimizes user efficiency in Oracle C2M by providing a single interface for updating and reviewing customer and account-related attributes. Users can modify characteristics across multiple entities, account, person, service agreement, service point, and premise, from one consolidated screen.

The tool supports bulk edits, intelligent data validation, and configurable layouts to fit operational needs. This reduces navigation time and eliminates the need to access multiple C2M pages for similar updates.

It also offers filtering options, historical tracking, and version management for compliance reporting. With improved visibility and ease of use, it strengthens data consistency across customer records, boosting operational accuracy and speed.

  • Account Bill Verification Portal

The Account Bill Verification Portal simplifies the process of verifying bills within Oracle C2M. It provides a centralized dashboard displaying key account details, error summaries, and billing statuses—completed, pending, or unbilled.

This tool enables customer service teams to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies, reducing manual tracking. Automated validation rules flag common billing exceptions, improving accuracy and shortening issue resolution cycles.

Teams can also generate audit-ready reports, ensuring transparency in financial reviews. With its intuitive interface and real-time data refresh, the portal enhances collaboration between billing and support teams, driving faster responses and ensuring a seamless billing experience for end customers.

  • Net Energy Meter Portal

The Net Energy Meter Portal enhances transparency and efficiency in managing customer energy data within Oracle C2M. It centralizes net metering details, capturing both energy generated and consumed, on one easy-to-access portal.

Users can view dollar value computations, analyze generation trends, and track true-up periods for settlements. The tool supports integration with meter data management systems, ensuring accurate synchronization of readings.

It also provides configurable dashboards and visual analytics for energy performance monitoring. By empowering customers and service teams with actionable insights, the portal drives informed decision-making, encourages sustainable consumption, and strengthens trust through clear communication of energy and billing data.
