Rahul Srivastava serves as Associate Vice President and Head of Applied AI & Agentic Engineering and Data & AI at CriticalRiver Inc., where he owns practice strategy, AI go-to-market, and enterprise delivery, helping clients move from raw data to AI agents working reliably inside their business.

With about 20 years in enterprise technology, Rahul has led engineering organizations and large-scale transformation programs across product engineering, applied AI, data platforms, and cloud, previously holding engineering leadership roles at Altimetrik. He advises CXOs on AI transformation, AI-native product engineering, and modernization, with a focus on how teams and systems are designed, backed by quality, governance, and human judgment built in from the start.

Under his leadership, CriticalRiver has built a portfolio of reusable AI accelerators and agentic platforms that help clients move faster with fewer risks, and he helps drive the firm's partnerships with leading AI and data platform providers.

Rahul holds a Post Graduate Diploma in AI/ML from IIIT Bangalore and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering. He lives in Chennai with his wife, Joyce, and their son, Vihaan, and is a keen runner and footballer.
