With more than 15 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, Andre has guided global enterprises through large-scale digital transformations, delivering measurable outcomes through trusted partnerships and value-driven solutions.

He previously led Salesforce Business Development at Ness Digital Engineering, collaborating closely with Salesforce and client teams to design and deliver cross-cloud strategies that accelerated business impact. Recognized for his consultative approach and ability to align technology with business goals, Andre empowers organizations to achieve long-term, scalable growth.

Andre holds a degree from the University of Northern Colorado’s Monfort College of Business, where he captained the collegiate tennis team. He lives in Erie, Colorado, with his wife Brooke and their two sons, Dominic and Giovanni. Outside of work, he enjoys boating, golfing, and spending time with his family.
