As CFO, Chandra plays a key role in ensuring that client engagements are financially sustainable and strategically sound. He oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to track performance, identify variances, and guide decision-making. His focus on transparency and compliance ensures clients operate within industry standards while maintaining agility in fast-moving markets.

Chandra also supports clients in evaluating ROI on technology investments, helping them prioritize projects that deliver measurable impact. He identifies operational and financial risks, from regulatory shifts to project delays, and builds strategies to address them proactively.
