Under his leadership, CriticalRiver builds platforms like CriticalRiver Insight Studio—a full-stack, AI-native platform designed to automate, analyze, and accelerate data-driven decisions across the enterprise.

Kaniska also supports clients in developing internal AI capabilities through training, enablement, and long-term adoption planning—ensuring sustainable value from every investment.

Before joining CriticalRiver, he led AI innovation at Sparkflows, and held leadership roles at CVS Health, Walmart Labs, Cisco, Siemens, and Dell, driving data and AI initiatives across global enterprises.

He holds a master's degree in computer science from Georgia Tech, and brings deep technical expertise, product vision, and a client-first mindset to every engagement.
